Heavenly Chicken....

This chicken is so tender and is easy to make......

Heavenly Chicken

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (for frying)

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1/2 cup teriyaki basting sause

1/2 cup Ranch dressing

1 cup shredded chedder cheese

3 green onions, chopped

Bacon-about 6 pieces cooked and broken into pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and saute for 4-5 minutes each side, until lightly brown. Place browned chicken breasts in a 9X13 inch baking dish. Brush with teriyaki sauce, then spoon on salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese, green onions and bacon bits. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

These cookies are DELICIOUS.....

2 pkg devil food cake mix

4 eggs

3/4 cup oil

Mix together and spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 9-10 minutes.

Filling:

1-8 oz cream cheese

1 1/2 lbs powdered sugar

few drops of milk

green food coloring

peppermint flavoring to taste

Chocolate Lovers Brownies

Brides, these brownies will for sure win your man over...

1 chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup oil
1 egg

mix until crumbly

Save 1 1/2 cups of mix and press the remaining into a 9X13 pan. Microwave for about 1 minute 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1-16 oz package of milk chocolate chips. Then add 1 tsp vanilla. Pour this mixture into cake pan and sprinkle remaining dry cake mix on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes..
